What Eikonic Prime doesn't like about Chad's Pizza:
Used to be good but now the staff is very pushy and rude. As soon as you sit they're nagging you about what you want, quite literally as we just pulled the chairs out to sit. Used to be okay to order from but now the staff hang up on you and ignore calls. If they do answer they are rude and have a really sarcastic and unnecessary attitude like you are the biggest nuisance in their day. The food has gone downhill too... View all feedback.
Went there for dinner last night. The pizza is better than any place in Dubuque.
Pizza and Philly Cheese sub was wonderful. I’m from out of town and the staff was extremely friendly.
Excellent food and excellent service, the buffet is very good too!
Had the buffet. Delicious! Tastey pizzas, perfect chicken onion rings, nice fresh ingredients for side salad to go with. Many at our table enjoyed the beef soup. Thank you!
What a great place in an awesome town. Service is excellent as is the food. Buffet style but they do it right.
