The staff at Dunkin' are fantastic. I usually begin my day with breakfast there and grab an iced tea on my way back. The service is consistently dependable, and I rarely have any issues with my orders. On the rare occasion something goes wrong, a quick call resolves it quickly. In hundreds of visits, this has only happened about three times.
On 9/24/2022, I had another disappointing experience at this Dunkin' location, particularly with the female staff. Today, a new young cashier didn’t know how to make a mocha blast. I simply asked to speak with a manager to ensure it was made correctly. When another employee was called to prepare the drink, she showed a poor attitude, snapping and walking away rudely. I consider myself a fair customer who deserves good, if not great, service. This is the third time I’ve encountered attitude issues here. At this point, I believe corporate should step in and provide proper customer service training. If this happens again, I will consider taking further actions and leaving more negative reviews. Thank you.
The service at Dunkin' is usually excellent, but today my hashbrowns were burnt and didn’t taste good. One was completely inedible. I’m hoping for a better experience next time. On the bright side, my Boston cream donut was tasty, and the pumpkin iced coffee was as delicious as always.
My favorite Dunkin Baskin Robbins I always go inside. They keep my favorite strawberry cheesecake ice cream whereas others don't. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
I've been having bad experiences with this Dunkin because of a white old lady with glasses. She is very rude and looks really annoyed whenever we ask for anything. I asked for two ice cream flavors just for her to tell us she won't serve it to us because it's hard for her to scoop...(Then why have the ice cream on display if we can't have it... she then told us to choose another flavor, just for her to say the same thing about it.
