She is very rude and looks really annoyed whenever we ask for anything. I asked for two ice cream flavors just for her to tell us she won't serve it to us because it's hard for her to scoop...(Then why have the ice cream on display if we can't have it... she then told us to choose another flavor, just for her to say the same thing about it. I stopped coming here, it's been a year, because they charge 50cents for easy ice on iced coffee. I find out they stopped doing that so I came back again. Now there charging it again AND they charge $3 for both the 3 and 5 munchkins. 3 /5 munchins for $3 is ridiculous! It's the size of a donut and your double charging! I'm done here, im going back to schererville dunkin, schererville is the most reasonable and Munster makes thier donuts fresh. Dyer, your greedy, selfish and lazy. You over charge and not 1 donut or munchkin is even made fresh here to justifythe higher prices... your the worst in the area... Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Since August, I've been coming... read more I used to love going to this restaurant, but sadly, both the customer service and food quality have deteriorated over the years. Since August, I've been coming here every Thursday, and around 90% of the time, my order is completely incorrect. When I mention this to the staff, they often respond with an attitude and disrespect. Even when they do try to fix the issue, I can hear them speaking rudely about me behind my back. Unfortunately, when I finally receive my corrected order, it's usually just as flawed as the original.

With rising prices everywhere, you want to ensure your coffee is worth it. So, I've switched to ordering it black, with cream and sugar on the side, and I actually prefer it this way now. On a different note, I've also noticed that the donuts appear to be getting smaller.
