Despite its appearance both inside and out the food was good. It's the fried deliciousness and hot Gumbo you expect from small town Louisiana. I'd love to rate... read more Despite its appearance both inside and out the food was good. It's the fried deliciousness and hot Gumbo you expect from small town Louisiana. I'd love to rate the place higher, but everything had a layer of grease on it from the menus to the floor. Having no AC is fine, but there wasn't even a fan moving the air around. The bathrooms are questionable. On a side note, don't park on the street under the trees (parking lot has no shade) the locals in the barber shop will call the local fuzz on you.
