Perfect stop-off point on Dublin-Cork road and a nice alternative to the bland offerings of Apple Green. Warm and friendly inside. Tasty selection of sandwiches and traditionally made tea. Ample parking outside. Best Banoffee pie in Leinster. Hit the road fully recharged at the Copper Kettle... View all feedback.
What Brenda A doesn't like about The Copper Kettle:
Bought 2 meal deals here today, advertised on the lit menu boards at €8.50 each, got charged €17.80, when I queryed it, 20 cent extra for cheese in the burger and 20 cent for each mineral, sugar tax, because they weren't diet drinks. Should have this displayed on menu board. False advertising in my book View all feedback.
Crazy colour concept inside, that aside, food is good but service is not always the greatest

Stopped off here for some food recently and I must say the food was top quality. The staff were very friendly and made sure we were looked after. No reason for anything less than a 5 star review
The best chipper....has always had fantastic chips and I haven't been there for quite some time so was delighted to see the place had been completely refurbished although I was worried that the food would have changed but I was happy to find the chips and everything else was just as good if not even better... freshly made cod and chips.... homemade onion rings...batter sausages.... crunchy batter.... delicious... highly recommended!
Normally superb food. But sadly this day the chicken was undercooked. Another couple Jude recovered theirs and left. I told the person on the till but I just got s look of what can I do
