I was disappointed after visiting Artur upon recommendation. The seafood risotto was not good and the fish platter was also disappointing. Overall, the dinner experience was rated 1 out of 5 for food, service, and atmosphere.

The restaurant offers the best view in the city and has very pleasant and attentive staff. We were treated to shells, bread, and fruit upon arrival. I decided to try the chef's risotto with raw pink shrimp, which were marinated in orange juice and delicious. The risotto was a bit dry for my liking, but still a good dish. However, there was a mistake in the English menu as it stated there were scallops, which were not included. The service was excellent, with a meal type of dinner and prices ranging from 1,500 to 2,000 ALL per person. The food received a rating of 4, while the service and atmosphere were rated 5. I would recommend trying the complimentary muscles and bruschetta.
