2 hours for a delivery and the food is luke warm. Had ordered extra toppings looks like they forgot them so just warmed them up and put them on the top as usually they would be cooked in and under the cheese. Had so many bad experiences and stopped ordering from here for a while but definitely gonna have to find a different place to order from.
What User doesn't like about Pizza Roma:
eat ok, but the personal seems to have a problem to get an order right if they order more than 1 item even if they write the order down. my advice is to collect and review the business before they are otherwise spoiled a meal. their customer service is not good at all! View all feedback.
Always go and collect otherwise you'll be waiting for 2 hours for a delivery on a weekend like I did.
Food is always lovely but the new delivery driver is an arse. Really rude!Please bring back the old delivery driver
What a joke this place is, 20 minute delivery, more like 2 hours plus, be prepared for a wait
Can't wait I've ordered 1hr 30 minutes still haven't came then phoned and was told it was going to be another 20 minutes so we cancelled the order.
