Weird hours, frequently closed when they should be open

For all the students at UNH (mostly from Mass. , can't they be open more hours or later?
Good food but they no longer accept cash, which is all I pay with. Are you telling me if I left a $10 bill on the counter and told you I don't want change, I still wouldn't be allowed to be served?
