Only 1 waitress available, as 19 cutbacks were treated with such a poise and kindness. A brilliant light brunch (Eggs were absolutely perfect) excellent service from Mbali, who hunted 4 tables alone without a notepad, delicious salted caramel cheesecake. A total fantastic experience. I visited the Woolworths Cafe twice at Musgrave centre and the service was poor and very unprofessional both times. There was only one waitress on duty due to 19 budget cuts, yet she handled everything with grace and kindness. The light brunch was exceptional—the eggs were cooked to perfection! Mbali provided excellent service, managing four tables on her own without a notepad. The salted caramel cheesecake was delicious as well. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Thank you for your hard work, and keep up the great service!
Service was fast and efficient! Cappuccino was delicious! The coffin Mom ordered was served with hot milk as she prefers.
Pretty good. The aesthetic is beautiful. The prices are a little too much for what you get. A beautiful atmosphere.
Went for a quick coffee with a friend and will definitely be back. Mbali, our waitress was sweet and friendly, and tended to us, checking if we were okay. Had a slice of their chocolate cake, and a cuppa chai latte.
I visited the Woolworths Cafe at Musgrave Centre twice, and unfortunately, both times I experienced poor and unprofessional service. Given that this establishment is part of the Woolworths brand, I expected high standards; however, my experiences left much to be desired. I would like to kindly suggest that management work on improving the quality of service to align with the reputation of the Woolworths brand, as this is what customers expect and deserve.
