This restaurant is a healthy fast food chain that offers several vegan options such as the plant power salad with vegan nut butter dressing and the plant power wrap. Many menu items can also be made vegan by substituting mushrooms for meat, omitting cheese, or choosing a non-dairy dressing.
I have eaten at this restaurant many times. The pros are that the falafel wrap is good, but make sure to ask for extra dressing on the side or it can be dry. The cons are that there is little to no variety. I once tried the vegan burger and it was dry and flavorless. They serve the falafel wrap in a bowl and call it a falafel bowl. They could easily offer a hot tofu scramble breakfast burrito or a curry tofu wrap with crunchy vegetables. They could also offer a vegan cold pasta salad for more variety. The vegan smoothies are okay, but not amazing. Overall, the restaurant could use more variety in their menu offerings.
Kauai could definitely improve their vegan options, especially for breakfast. There aren't many choices available. We usually stick with the plant power wrap with extra avocado or the Peanut berry smoothie. Just make sure to watch out for honey if you are strictly vegan.
