Jack's Grill Co - Durban

The food at Bird Co. is consistently incredible. Our meal took a bit longer to be prepared because of how busy the restaurant was. We encountered a minor issue where we were charged for a gluten-free pizza base that we hadn't requested. We noticed this about ten minutes after placing our order and brought it to the staff's attention. They promptly issued a refund for that extra charge. So, be sure to double-check your receipts!

The chicken strips were outstanding; they were tender breast pieces coated in a light, crispy batter that made a satisfying crunch with every bite. The burger was also excellent, featuring a whole chicken breast with a crispy battered exterior that reminded me of classic southern-style fried chicken. It was fresh, crispy, and packed with wholesome flavors. It was topped with fresh, soft-leaf lettuce and a tangy lime coleslaw, all nestled in a generous, soft sesame seed bun. Both dishes were served with perfectly fried, golden French fries. I had a great experience and will definitely return to try their pizzas soon. Highly recommended!

The food is excellent, with delicious chicken and really good pizza. The staff are friendly, although there is no table service; you need to order at the counter and pick up your food when it's ready. The seating is somewhat limited and not very comfortable. Prices are a bit on the high side, but not excessively so. The restaurant is located in a safe area with adequate parking (though you'll need to pay if you stay over 30 minutes) and has a nice overall atmosphere.

Chilled vibes, great food and good service, food was ready in no time. I will be visiting back soon. It's good to have a safe place to get fresh air during these trying times.
