In particula... read more I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant in Durant. The staff, from the kitchen to the front, seemed uninformed and unprofessional. In particular, the woman at the window appeared to be distracted or out of sorts, which added to the overall unsatisfactory atmosphere. I wouldn't recommend eating here.

Food is always cold and dry. Never fresh. You will get half of your order every time. And when you call back to complain or get your food/money back they are rude and hang up in your face. And yes this is the GENERAL MANAGER who did this. I’ve only gone 3 times and they messed up the third and final time for me. Now they lost a customer. Too bad cos the KFC bowls are my fav.
