We stayed 3 days in Durango and went 2 times to have diner there. The second time the waitrer adviced us on the specialities : try the Chipirones a la Plancha ! If you are looking for nice vibes in a tipical spanish restaurant where you can eat good tapas and more, you should go to Anboto.
