I love mcdonalds coffee. it's a tasty bite when I'm out. big coffee, 10 creams, no sugar. perfection

I think I had it with this place and I’ll never come back. I work near this place and often times I come here because my time is limited. This McDonald’s by far has the worst service ever. The wait can easily last over half hour no matter how you order(drive thru/mobile app/inside). AND then comes accuracy problem, omfg that’s my biggest beef with them!! Always missing something or mixed up my order. Even when I catch that early and return it, they still hand me wrong order again

1pm...no quarter pounders. Waiting over 5 minutes. No one in line. MANAGEMENT issue! Severely lacking. This is ridiculous! Quick edit after 8 minutes they come out. My fries are cold, not lukewarm cold. And they gave me instead of a quarter pounder. They gave me a double quarter pounder with cheese and extra onions. That I didn't ask for. I'm driving and speaking this text while I apologize for the grammar punctuation. Food: 1
