I can only add to the praise for George on this site. We had one of the most memorable evenings in a long time when George visited our holiday house to cook a superb 8 course tasting menu for us complete with local wine pairing. We were taken on a journey through George's Creative mind put on our plates, from his use of local herbs, flowers and produce from the region to inspiration from childhood meals in England (eggs, chips, bacon and peas!). Each dish was a delight and watching Chef George at work was a wonderful experience. We also got many recommendations on which local wines to bring home. I can only heartily recommend this for any foodies visiting the region. Thanks for a great evening!

I was lucky enough to experience George's cooking many years ago in a successful restaurant in the UK. The food was always prepared to the highest standard, but now he has risen to another level. Whilst visiting Western Australia, my wife and I were privileged to experience George and Kayleigh's unbeatable dining experience. Conversation flowed whilst George and Kayleigh prepared what was a memorable meal. George's attention to detail whilst preparing the food was evident throughout the evening. I would recommend this dining experience to anyone - we enjoyed it more than eating out at a restaurant.

I had George and his lovely partner come prepare a four course meal for a few friends and I in July 2016 to celebrate my birthday. It was certainly a night to remember! From the moment they arrived they were extremely hospitable, taking onboard all the pressures of the evening - all we had to do was sit, chat, eat and enjoy! Each course George prepared had a special, personal story behind it - his passion for fine, locally produced food was clear for all to see! He provided us with an extensive wine matching list for our courses all of which were unique and divine. His uses of advance cooking techniques, such as molecular gastronomy were absolute people pleasers, providing an elegant, unique twist to each dish. I could not recommend George, and the entire FoodbytheChef experience enough - to anyone who is looking to provide that special occasion from the comfort of their own home (minus the clean up!). Thank you George and Kayleigh for this unforgettable experience.
