Badass Burgers, Fish Chips - Dunnstown

Sometimes I just crave a ridiculously good burger, and the guys at Badass Burgers really deliver. There are no bells and whistles here, just good, honest food prepared well with everything tasting fabulous. I love how the food is presented on little wooden boards with the checked paper... that little bit of care makes all the difference when dining in.<br/ <br/ We popped in for a family lunch, and chose a variety of burgers ranging from vegie burgers, chicken burger and beef burgers. The buns were fresh with plenty of salad and the sauces were really tasty. All the proteins were cooked well, and the meat was lovely and juicy. The chips were perfectly crispy.<br/ <br/ The ladies serving us were so friendly and chatty, and service was really good for a busy weekend lunch period. The area was clean and tidy, and overall we were happy with our meal. For a country takeaway, Badass really is up there with many of it's city counterparts.

There 's nothing quite like devouring two fat as all hell burgers at the same time to make you feel like a complete Badass! That 's probably the main reason why I decided to make the 1.5 hr trip all the way out to Bachus Marsh! That and also because I 'm addicted to driving and I was more than a little bit curious to try em out!<br/ .<br/ This double decker dinner of deliciousness is from the badasses themselves at @badassbmarsh. The little cutie on top is the 'Son of a Bun ' packing some Crispy Chicken, slaw, tasty cheese and sriracha aioli. The Fat Mother Hen underneath is the 'Big Mumma ' chocked to the brim with 2x Southern Fried Chicken, 2x cheddar cheese, 2x bacon, Badass sauce and BBQ sauce .<br/ <br/ REAL GOOD TIME, ANY DAY OF THE WEEK! <br/ I 'm gonna break this review down to what I enjoyed about the burgers together, the fried chicken was great! I loved the buns and the house made sauces were phenomenal! However the combination of the fried chicken in the bottom burg with the rest of its burger fell flat, let me explain. The top burger had the fried chicken with light slaw and spicy sriracha aioli, the aioli helped cut the heavy seasoning of the chicken and turned it into one of the most enjoyable burgers I 've ever eaten, hands down . The bottom behemoth however suffered from having too much going on, the heavily seasoned chicken was made unenjoyable with the abundance of bbq sauce and smoky bacon. A quick fix to make this burger just as good or even better than the first would be to get rid of the bbq sauce, it 's doing more harm than good.<br/ 'Son of a Bun ' $9. I would buy this for lunch every day for the rest of my life and be happy with my purchase.<br/ ' Big Mumma ' $14. First of all, you get a hell of a lot of meal for the price, just needs some tweaks and it 'll be amazing!<br/ <br/ With a new menu looking bigger and more badass then ever and a team of happy hard-working individuals, though they are still relatively new they are willing to put in the work and improve, there 's no doubt that these guys are here to stay. So if you 're ever in the area and you 're looking for something delicious that won 't break the bank @badassbmarsh is where you should go!

Situated in Bacchus Marsh is the most Badass burger/fish chip shop ever! The staff were genuine and friendly so you'll feel welcomed as soon as you step through the door.<br/ <br/ The food here was amazing, especially the fish chips! With mum's secret beer batter mix, you'll have the crispiest deep fried fish ever. They also do delicious burgers and if you politely ask the staff to cook your beef patties pink/medium, you'll have the juiciest burger in the store! The shakes were pretty hectic as well, but they are big so save some room.<br/ <br/ They are still new, so there is still room for improvement, but the team at Badass Burgers are still killing it!
