It's terrible yesterday it wasn't as it was when it opened on the 1st really sad

I ordered delivery from Domino's today and was pleasantly surprised by the extra pizza that was included in my order. The delivery person explained that one of the pizzas wasn't up to the manager's standards, so they made an extra one for us at no charge. This proactive gesture by the Domino's of Dunlap exemplifies great customer service that is unfortunately rare these days. I really appreciate the effort to prevent any potential dissatisfaction and stress on my part. This act of kindness was especially welcomed on a difficult day. Thank you, Domino's!

We were looking forward to pizza tonight, but when we got home, it was made incorrectly. We requested half all meat and the other half pineapple and ham, but instead, it was more than half Supreme with little pineapple or ham. We may reconsider ordering from Dominos next time. I have never experienced poor service, low-quality food, or errors with my orders at this restaurant. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and willing to help, and they have always been able to address any questions or concerns I may have had.
