They were absolutely delicious—perfe... read more We stopped by for a mid-morning snack while passing through town and picked up two turnovers: one apple and one strawberry. They were absolutely delicious—perfectly flaky with just the right amount of filling. Although they were iced, I felt they could benefit from a little less icing or none at all, as the turnovers were fantastic on their own. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we enjoyed a lovely chat with the baker who served us. There was a small table for two, and it would have been nice to enjoy a coffee there, but since it’s primarily a bakery rather than a restaurant, we took our pastries and grabbed a coffee down the street instead. Everything on display looked amazing, making it tough to choose!
