We have a holiday house in Malo and since our local Vietnamese restaurant a few three years ago we have been missing somewhere for... good quality Vietnamese / Chinese cuisine. Maitre Pan offers this, along with excellent seafood and with a very good wine list, so it is much more than 'only a Chinese'. The Sancerre Rose is particularly good. Everything was considered by the owner and his staff so that your meal can be as complete as you want, including accompanying sauces, salads and cheese if you want, along with excellent desserts, all included in the very reasonable price. We are in Malo this coming week and will be back, at least once! David and Joan Martin
