An address that has become a must in Dunkirk, an adorable chef but above all incredible slow-cooked dishes, like marinated beef skewers with small potatoes that the chef sprinkles with juice in front of us! And this soft bread which perfectly encompasses this sauce, arff I stop there I'm starting to salivate! I’ll let you discover the other gems on his menu! Bravo to the chef and his team! A first for me, super good, I highly recommend it! The zombie as an aperitif is delicious! Beef skewer for me, perfect cooking, the sauce very good, but also the presentation of the dish by the owner at the table. The boss and servers are pleasant and professional. Interesting aperitif and cocktail, the cooked products are fresh and of good quality, the taste and flavors are present. Too bad to find the ingredients for the starters in the dishes, so no surprises afterwards. The chef who comes to serve the butter sauce in the dining room I think is great.
