What Paul Colas doesn't like about La Belle Epoque:
an old-fashioned, dusty and poorly maintained environment, insipid dishes, poorly presented, probably out of a freezer's barquette, a service that has no service but the name: kids who make the mouth, don't watch the tables, don't stay in the room, don't interest customers who need to claim to be served...I've never seen such a lack of professionalism at all Lamentable.
