The welcome is friendly. The entry is original based on tapas. The varied dishes (fowl, meat and fish) allow everyone to enjoy themselves. The dish based on gambas was a little too cooked. Good discovery.

I recommend this restaurant, for the super friendly service, great ambience and excellent French cuisine. We were led here by the TA reviews and were so satisfied with our experience. Full of French locals, the staff still spoke English and was so helpful and... welcome. The Plat de la Semaine was Navarin d'agneau, a delicious Lammeintopf, and was 10.40 euros. My husband had the set menu on 16.40 euros that included the Cafe Gourmand for Dessert and he said it was fantastic.

It is so easy to go mainstream and so easy to be disappointed, so this pearl is so interesting. If a cook and a staff do not compromise, you will not be carried away, but take your dream and ambition and stay at it. We get a lot in the world, but it's been years since I got blown away. Cherry this place, throw her talent, lean back and just worn away.

We went as a family, our boat was late and they were very nice to keep our table, although they were clearly busy. Really good food, nice menu, great people. A surprising find but so glad we found it

We tried this place for lunch after visiting Dunkirk Beach. It was very busy and full of locals. We had the Prawn Scallop with Parmesan Risotto Onglet Steak with frit all very delicious and fresh and good value for money. Followed by big coffee. Definitely try when you're in Dunkirk.

Just popped in on a Saturday night, you do need to book but they did squeeze 4 of us in it opens at 7PM by 7:45 it was packed. They don't do starter just massive plates of food, there speciality is 1.2 KG of chips...which have been cooked in Fat not oil and are delicious, coated in a multitude of toppings covered in an ocean of Cheese. the poshest cheesy chips you will ever get and scrummy. We also had the Entrecôte steak 500g yes 1/2 Kilo of mouth watering steak, and a Chicken dish they would have served 2 possibly 3 glass of beer each and a bottle of water 93 Euros a bargain non of us could move for a couple of hours we were that full.
