What User dislikes about Merry's:
was a very nice pub, but the one behind the bar was unrespected to us and did not seem to want us to be there because we did not order food and only wanted to drink. and it took at least 10 minutes until someone comes forward and picks up our order. in all with the gastfreundschaft von Dungarvan I was disappointed with the service of this pub. Just your typical pub grub. It is nice and handy when your not sure what you want and always hits the spot. Staff are nice and the place itself is also nice and clean. The toilets are different but other than that would visit again.
Top class service. Top class food. Pint of Guinness was excellent and the red wine was perfect with the food.
I went to this restaurant with friends last night and had a completely different experience than I did a few years ago. The food and drinks were delicious, but the standout was the excellent service from Jao from Lisbon. Having such a professional and pleasant staff member really made a difference. We will definitely be returning more frequently.
