While some praise the spacious atmosphere and fresh pastries, others report significant service shortcomings that detract from the experience. Critiques highlight stale food, excessive wait times, and extra charges for items that should be included. Although a few standout dishes, like the caramel square, earned accolades, poor customer service and a lack of attention to detail dominate several accounts. Overall, while the location shows potential as a cozy pit stop, consistent quality and service seem to be in need of improvement to truly shine.
Beautiful eating, fantastic staff and a beautiful relaxed atmosphere. would be highly recommended for lunch or snack.
That's a top spot. whether they work locally or make a shopping spot or how we have made a break on the way to donegal, the world needs more box stops like these. a large selection of grub from light to large fat accessories, coffee with tablet baker or scones, it is all the first class. but the best, the environment. before covid the tables were very far away and offer them plenty of space and private sphere. we love it!
This is a really nice coffee shop with a large selection of food and pastries it is very spacious and in today's current restrictions they will feel very relaxed and in the lightness also the staff are very helpful and friendly
We just had 2 lovely toasted ciabatta sandwiches salads, tea and coffee for brunch. Excellent quality all round on food and service.
Love the fire and the selection of food. Raspberry and almond bake was amazing. Would definitely come back. Staff really friendly.
