Stopped off here on the second leg of a near 400 mile round trip, tummies a rumbling. Staff were friendly and attentive. Then came the food, chips were perfectly golden and looked divine, they didn't disappoint, cripsy fluffy loveliness and not greasy at all, obviously made fresh in fresh oil. Myself and my sister declared them some of the nicest chips ever, would go out of my way to stop off here again View all feedback.
What Ian F doesn't like about Rainbow Cafe:
The food was ordered and served promptly, but while waiting, I observed the chef vaping in the kitchen and blowing the vapor out over the front counter. When the food arrived, the same chef was seen putting items in the trash bin and then using his hands and foot to press down on them. Without washing his hands, he continued to cook the chips.
