To allo... read more Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. I called to place an order for pickup at 6:05 PM and was informed that it would be ready in 20 minutes. To allow for extra preparation time during a busy period, I decided to wait an additional 10 minutes before driving over. However, upon my arrival, I was told my order would be ready shortly. I finally picked up my food at 7:00 PM without any explanation. I learned that the kitchen had missed my order, and I overheard that the front of house didn't communicate it properly to the kitchen. Once I got home, the quality of the food was lacking, likely because it had been prepared in a rush.
