The vegetarian delight dish was filled with fresh vegetables.

I always order the drunken noodles without egg or fis... read more We used to frequent Blue Sake before transitioning to a vegan diet. It has become our favorite restaurant. I always order the drunken noodles without egg or fish sauce. When I request it this way, they confirm if I want it vegan. I like to order it medium-spicy and then add my own chili garlic sauce to make it even hotter. The flavor and spice are excellent. The noodles are cooked perfectly every time. In comparison to other Thai restaurants, where the noodles can be either too dry or too wet, Blue Sake always delivers consistently delicious dishes.
