I would give this zero stars if I could. It 's Saturday night, I 've been at work all day, we decided to order in a pizza for convenience (ha! Long story short it took an hour and a half to arrive. I ordered 'The Greek ' which is supposed to be peppers, feta, tomato and olives. Nice service. I ordered a pizza with the app and went here to collect them. the service was fast and it was also a simple collection. the process from production to collection was shown in the app. in the load it won't wait.
Around 15 minutes before closing time, as advertised on their window, doors were open, but they were said they were closed.
Absolutely terrible service. we ordered yesterday evening as a birthday contract for my son, after an hour waiting time we called to ask if everything was in order to say that they had not received our order. we had the proof of purchase, the money was taken from our account and we offered to send or even get into the load to show all this, but we say there was nothing they could do. they said we would have to contact the customer service for a refund (as we arrive at 3-5 working days) and if we wanted to eat our food, we would have to reorder and pay again. So no solution for the problems, just give us more money. we only received an email address to request a refund that we tell them we need to wait for up to 5 days for an answer. So not only my son and other children don't get his birthday contract (and also had to have a late evening meal) we are also the money for the order for up to 10 days, while we wait for contact and a refund. we were repeatedly told that there is nothing they could do as if we had not only paid for the order, and they did not have the ingredients there to make the food we had paid for. I called again to ask if there was a contact number for the customer service, as I felt the whole experience was completely unacceptable and the very rude staff quickly said that there was no number, there was nothing they could do, and I just had to wait the 10 days. this is not the first time that we had problems with the delivery and service of papa johns, but the personal has always been great before and the pizza was good so that we could just justify ourselves to go back, but it will be the last problem we have with them as I would never order again. the customer service was (and remains) terrible.
Ordered about a year ago and really wasn't impressed but we've given them another chance since they're under new management now and the pizzas have been great. The staff all seem really friendly and the pizzas have been really tasty. The only down side was that both of our recent orders took a bit longer than expected but they've called us to apologise.
It's literally a 50/50 whether your pizza will be good or not. I made a complaint after it got completely mulched and service has been pretty good since. Just order Domino's or Pizza Hut. Don't bother lol
