Mcdonald's And Drive-thru - Dundee

Food was terrible and service was shocking. Took 20minutes to get our food out to us and they forgot half the order. 3 out of 4 of us that ate the food were violently ill the next day. Would definitely not recommend and will avoid this place in future.

Disgusting. I would never go back. People's ordered food everywhere they was making up the orders faster than it was given. Most of the food was sat there 20mins To top it off the place was dirty food, rubbish everywhere. When I did see staff on the floor they sat down n removed one tray between them and went behind the counter. Plus staff running out the drive in was stepping over rubbish. What a Total joke.

We encountered more problems securing a table at Giovanni's than at any other hotel we stayed at. However, the staff were fantastic. I was disappointed that I had to purchase my own fan because the room felt stuffy. Additionally, getting our luggage to the rooms was a challenge due to the doors at both ends of the long hallways. The overall atmosphere reminded me of an '80s ski resort, which felt out of place for the 2020s.

I ordered from the McDonald's app, but the delivery arrived with half of my order missing. When I called customer service, they claimed it wasn't their problem since they just make and deliver the food. They gave me a fake number for a refund, which felt like a tactic to get me off the phone. The chicken selects looked like they were returned by someone else, and I was missing two of them, as well as chicken dippers and 20 chicken nuggets. I couldn’t get a refund, so in my opinion, it was a waste of money to order from there! This isn't the first time I've had issues, and it definitely won't be the last, but for us, it's definitely the last time we'll be coming back. What a frustrating experience!

Today, I had dinner with my family, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. From the moment we walked into the restaurant, Andy, one of the staff members, greeted us with a warm smile that made us feel right at home. When we encountered a problem with our order, he promptly addressed it, ensuring we had a delightful experience. Thank you, Andy, for the excellent service you provided!
