Quiet early Saturday evening, hopefully band appearing. Pool table shifted to make space. Beer range and decor pretty basic. Close enough to Dundee railway station for quick, quiet drink and find-the-toilet! View all feedback.

This place is a great find, and you won't be disappointed—it definitely exceeded my expectations. The only suggestion I have is to improve the presentation of the fish and chips, as they could be a bit tidier, but overall, it's a brilliant experience.
One of the best bars in Dundee! If you have specific dietary needs, the staff and owner are more than willing to accommodate you. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, making you feel like part of the family. I highly recommend MacDaniels!
I had a fantastic night at this restaurant! The live music created a wonderful atmosphere, and the staff were great. It's a perfect spot to enjoy a drink and meet nice people. Highly recommended!
Nicely furnished bar. jazz themen decor. friendly staff and excellent selection of beer and spirituosen. worth a visit.
My pals are always in here and love it so I tried it as I'm not local and it's a great place to go for a drink and laugh
