I am celiac and the owner easily accommodated for my allergy. The food so good, authentic, fresh, bursting w flavor, healthy and well priced. A very friendly staff, I will absolutely be back often. What Klaus-Dieter Fleischmann doesn't like about Antalia:
Was excited about getting food to be told i need to walk yards to go get cash. In and this day in age nobody should need to leave the premises of a company to obtain cash just to buy a service from an establishment that should provide a card machine. wont be back. View all feedback.
This place had the BEST lamb meatballs ever....Please try the £7.95 2 course special and you will fall in love!! The owner has adorned the walls with his own family history with his great grand mother's engagement dress on the wall, hand stitched, in the Kurdish tradition!!! I love it when an owner takes pride in his place!!!
The food at this restaurant was delicious, but the service left something to be desired. We noticed wires hanging from the ceiling next to our table, which seemed to be for some lights. Although they weren't a safety hazard, we were seated in that area despite there being plenty of other available tables. It was also disappointing that several menu items were not available. However, I must say that the food we did receive was excellent.
The food at this restaurant was fantastic. We started with some delicious homemade bread and olives as an appetizer. The rice served with the meals was so tasty that it could almost be a meal on its own. I highly recommend trying the guvec, chicken shish, and chicken wings. The service was also very friendly and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place.
I made a reservation by phone a week in advance for a table for two to celebrate a birthday. When we arrived, we were seated at our table but then left waiting for over 20 minutes while the waiter did nothing. The chef was walking around with a dirty towel on his shoulder and was chewing on food while serving other guests. The owners of the restaurant were sitting and staring at us but we weren't even offered a drink. Overall, it was a shocking and disappointing experience.
Whether this was an American Diner first & has now become a Turkish restaurant or the decor has changed but not the menu I've no idea.
