Went here because of its number 1 best restaurant review. Don’t know how it achieved it as our experience didn’t match it in any way. I had the Caesar salad. I would say it was a shop bought dressing with a few shavings of Parmesan...and some dried up bacon. Husbands steak was simply average. We had booked for 8 o’clock but were seated around 10 minutes early. Our drinks order was taken but waitress wouldn’t take foo... View all feedback.

On Friday evening we visited porters bar and restaurant, where we enjoyed a beautiful meal with delicious food especially the mac and cheese I really enjoyed, followed by earthbeereis that was lush. the good points of this restaurant are the delicious food, friendly and helpful staff and a good choice on the menu, but the only bottom is that the tables must be thoroughly cleaned, especially around the edges of the tables, but apart from that I enjoyed my experience and would return
We have a voucher for christmas and it has not disappointed! the burgers were beautiful together with the cocktails. both are also cheap! would definitely return to porters.
Had a nice meal, but the service meant our lunch for six over 2 hours. Now I have a $60 envelope for my time. hey!
Visited Porters for a family mothers day meal. All 6 main meals and desserts were perfect, great atmosphere and service. Will definitely be back soon. Been many times and food is always quality and well presented.
