What Leonore Kolb doesn't like about Il Fiasco:
Thought we would try a "new to us" place in Dundas, read the reviews, etc. Cute place, great service, centrally located within Dundas however the food is a complete disappointment! The main course dishes lack any type of flavour or seasoning other than garlic, and you better like garlic (my dish had 5 cloves in it). Crab cake appetizer was ground crab (like you would get out of a can), no crab chunks at all, and deep... View all feedback. What Cristopher Hane likes about Il Fiasco:
Crab cakes were great for sharing. Love the Pad Thai and everyone enjoyed their pastas. So full we had to take dessert home. I would go just for the apple strudel. Better than any I've had in a restaurant! View all feedback.

read moreIl Fiasco in Dundas offers a mixed bag of reviews. While some found the food disappointing and overpriced, others enjoyed the crab cakes, Pad Thai, and pasta dishes. Visitors from England praised the service and delicious food, particularly the Jambalaya. A group of diners had a great experience, with dishes like bacon jam burger and cashew crusted chicken standing out. The atmosphere was quiet and the prices were reasonable, making it a good spot for a luncheon. Overall, Il Fiasco seems to have some hits and misses, but some dishes and experiences are worth returning for.
