Burgers served lukewarm this has to be a safety issue!And staff need to work of courtesy, politeness, kindness!! Have been to the Waterdown location twice recently and staff are dismissive, bordering on rude.

Came to A W because my wife wanted to try their Spicy Dill Pickle Mama burger. She wasn’t impressed because it didn’t arrive looking like their ads. Came with 2 small slices of pickles and had little sauce. Basically it was a regular mama burger. My fries were cold and the chicken burger tasted greasy.The tables had a sticky, tacky feeling no matter which table we tried.

Excellent value! The quality, portion sizes, and flavor were all impressive. The staff were also lovely and very friendly.

First time for breakfast and it was really good!! And reasonably priced.

I absolutely love the A&W burgers, especially the Nashville chicken burger. It's a chicken burger with a larger patty, which makes it even better. Whenever I'm in the Watertown area, I make sure to stop by this location. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious—what more could you ask for?
