The Good: My family always turns to this spot for ice cream. They offer a fantastic selection of flavors and a plethora of toppings to choose from—everything from gummy bears and chocolate chips to sprinkles and a variety of fruits like strawberries and blueberries. The staff is consistently friendly and courteous, and I’ve always found the place to be impeccably clean during my visits. The Bad: I honestly have no complaints about this place. Verdict: This is an excellent spot for ice cream, and I highly recommend it.
The machines are in terrible condition. There is a significant buildup of black mold on the underside, and condensation drips from the machines into the ice cream. I've brought this to the staff's attention three times, yet the machines remain unclean. This needs to be addressed.
Every time I've visited, the place is always well-stocked and clean. I really appreciate the variety of fruit options!
We came to Sweet Frog yesterday, told young lady we saw $4 12oz cup deal on Facebook. My granddaughter jada was so happy. She loaded it up. Thank you to the young lady for sample cups. Helped make it easier for deciding what to get. Love this place. THANK YOU.
Great people working either are she don’t understand what we want she help and we get great ice cream
