KFC's recent performance has garnered mixed reviews. While some patrons praise the speedy service and friendly staff, others express frustration over missing items, poor food quality, and hygiene issues. Complaints about soggy chicken, dry biscuits, and alarming incidents involving foreign objects in meals have tarnished the experience for many. Currently, the location offers drive-thru only, and some customers found the menu signage unclear. Despite the challenges, a commitment to customer service shines through for a portion of visitors, leaving them hopeful for improvements.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I certainly would. They repeatedly make mistakes with orders, but this time was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I went through the drive-thru around 7:30 PM, and the employees inside were arguing with each other. I ordered a KFC Famous Bowl, but they handed me my food without any utensils. After realizing this, I stopped at a nearby store to buy a fork. When I finally started to eat, I took a bite and CHOKED ON A LARGE PIECE OF PLASTIC that was lodged in the mashed potatoes and gravy. I am completely appalled.

The chicken is a complete disaster, with soggy breading and occasional undercooking. The biscuits are typically dry, and the service is virtually nonexistent. Occasionally, you'll encounter a friendly staff member, but other times, you won't. I stopped visiting this location several months ago; it's just not worth my time or money.

This KFC location leaves much to be desired, offering only average food at best. In my experience, you can get better chicken at Popeyes on Merritt Blvd or at most Royal Farms nearby. Many employees seem young and unmotivated, which is a shame because fast food could be much better if it followed the example of places in Japan and other countries where workers are paid fairly and food quality is higher. Having worked in several fast food restaurants in Dundalk, I’ve noticed that staff are often disrespectful to managers and lack drive. As a parent of two, I also believe fast food is unhealthy and not a great career path. The food here falls short, service is weak, and the restaurant feels unclean. This appears to be a common problem among other eateries on this street as well. If you’re planning to dine out, I suggest choosing a different spot, as you’re likely to be disappointed and might not get your full order. Plus, if you bring up any issues with management, they may respond with attitude.

I ordered the three-piece chicken strips with coleslaw and a biscuit, which made for a satisfying quick meal. However, my son was let down by the chicken sandwich meal and only ended up eating the three sides that came with it. It’s unfortunate that not everyone can match the quality of a chicken sandwich like Chick-fil-A.

This KFC location in Dundalk, MD, was quite disappointing. We spent $42 on a 12-piece family meal, but the food arrived lukewarm and lacking in flavor. The chicken was bland, and the batter was soggy—I’ve tasted better fried chicken at a 7-Eleven. The mashed potatoes' gravy was so thick that it wouldn’t even pour when the cup was turned upside down. Although the mac and cheese, fries, and biscuits were okay, they would have been much better if served hot. Overall, I recommend skipping this KFC to avoid disappointment.
