Besides all that, Friendly's has been around since I was a kid so being here definitely helped me to revisit some good and funny memories from mypast. This is one place that I'd just go out for desserts to and that's hard for me to say because I'm a foodie.. but I found 1.

A friend of mine did partial cash and card payment, and was charged the cash amount in person, and the full check amount on card. This landed her account in the negatives, because sheonly carries cash, and then they redid the entire transaction, expecting the now in the negatives card to accept the remainingamount. She then told the server she could pay for it if she wanted to, which is ridiculous. 5 dollars to a chain restaurantshould have been nothing, and your employees shouldn?t have to pay for it. nor should the people you overcharged. May I alsoadd, the manager tried to tell me at first that the amount pending would drop and they have to charge the card the full amountfor cash and card transactions.

It's nothing like it used to be..... read more This place has REALLY gone downhill. I used to love this location when I was growing up. We ate there frequently as a family. It's nothing like it used to be.. First off, anyone from the area knows how Dundalk can smell in the summer. Especially in thatarea.. but the smell wasn't prevalent outside, only inside! The whole restaurant smells like a gas station toilet bowl! Thesmell was just as bad in the rest room as it was in the dining area. It was stomach turning. Maybe it's sewage leak? I'm notsure but it was overwhelming. On top of the smell, the restaurant wasn't very clean. Why didn't I leave? The person I was withreally wanted to stay so it was not up to me.. I tried to eat because I was starving and didn't have to option to leave. Thefood was subpar for what we spent. It was ok at best. IHOP or Denny's would've definitely been a better option. I dont knowwhat's going on there but that place needs a good deep cleaning all over and work on their sewage lines. I won't be going backto Friendly's ever again. It was that bad of an experience.
