Hoss's Steak Sea House - Duncansville

The steak I got was banging and on the thin side. hoss' tipps were the other meal times, but they didn't taste very good. I’m going to hoss’s since I was a child and you could get a steak that is bad in a because, seems like the last three times I was in there, the steaks were not very good at all. I found out what the reason is that the stakes are not so good. if they cut something under a spalter, it is black angus bark and that is not as good as a sirloin steak. if they want sirloin steak, they get a spalter cut. hoss changes the steaks. the salatable is always excellent.

4 of us and a child cost over 80$ just for salad bars and a children's grilled cheese. Inflation has turned a family restaurant into costing as much if not more than a full course at OG. The staff was courteous and the food was good. Perfectly plated.

Food was good but they dropped soda on my baby. Dreadful.

Had worse experience ever for anniversary.Ordered tips and waitress asked if wanted peppers and onions ,I said yes well it came drownded in gravy so it was like having beef tips with gravy not actual steak .I told her I didn't order gravy she says well then the cook made a mistake so I said can it be fixed she tells me they will throw back on grill and cook untill gravy gone well hello I told her then my steak would be well done rather then medium.So she tells me I can order just a steak without sides for like 7.00 I said never mind I'm done and left mad .It wasn't my fault they did wrong why should I pay double

Short summary... My family and I ate here tonight (March 1 at 7pm). We ordered various meals. One of my family members got suddenly ill from food poisoning. This occurred less than 20 minutes after finishing our meals. The service was great, but the food was not good. Needless to say, our night was ruined. Never again.
