Gino's Pizza Spaghetti House - Dunbar

We have ordered from various places throughout the Kanawha Valley, and although we are based in Charleston, we choose to order from Dunbar for its exceptional food quality and reliability in having our order ready on time. If order accuracy matters to you, Dunbar is the place to go. In my opinion, it's the most professional location of Gino’s when it comes to customer service and food quality. I make a special effort to pick up our orders because I truly value the outstanding service, precision, and quality they provide. Dunbar is our preferred choice.

On Saturday, September 3, 2022, the late shift manager kindly corrected my order for wings. She was polite and friendly. The food was excellent!

That is probably the most rude group of employees at any gino. Eating is good, but many paints when I have convened to place an order, who always answer is so rude. I eat ginos quite in the valley and this one has the worst customer service at a distance.

When your sandwich has more mayonnaise then ham Thanks for the one slice of ham. Such a waste of money. Avoid this restaurant!
