I must say that the Tesco on Loosebie Road has some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I had to return some flowers that my mother bought for my birthday. She purchased them on Sunday, but they had wilted by yesterday, and she paid £20 for them, so I was understandably disappointed. When I went back today, the female assistant was excellent.
