What UncleDads likes about The Blue Peter:
A lovely restaurant and bar serving freshly home cooked food. Portion sizes are good and the food was excellent. My wife is very fussy about her steak pies but loved the one she got here. Had brilliant fish and chips here, incredibly cheap. Had to sit in the bar as we had our dog with us and the surroundings were not inspiring. Very friendly landlord. A short menu of homemade food but only served Friday Saturday evening. View all feedback.

read moreThe Blue Peter in Kirkcolm, Scotland offers delicious home-cooked meals, with fish and chips being a standout choice. The cozy pub, under new owners since 2012, has a short but well-loved menu. Service is warm, but food can take a while as everything is made from scratch. With a welcoming atmosphere and friendly owners, this hidden gem is a must-visit for a taste of authentic Scottish cuisine. The quaint pub offers a range of real ales and a lovely garden. A great spot for a relaxed meal or to enjoy a pint in front of the fire.
