Great cafe and staff and food! Staff are top notch! Even when they have a rush on and not enough staff to deal with it. More staff when busy please! Going there today yum yum. View all feedback.
What Nikola K doesn't like about Morrisons Supermarket Cafe:

I found our meal to be quite simple: poached egg on buttered toast for me, and a big breakfast for my husband. The service was fast, which was the best part of the experience. However, my poached eggs were overcooked and served on dry toast, requiring me to request butter. As for my husband's breakfast, it was a disappointment. The eggs were solid instead of fried, there were three sliced sausages instead of links, two large mushrooms, tiny bits of bacon, a huge fried bread crust, and no black pudding. When I mentioned the missing item to the waitress, she insisted it was there and watched as my husband searched under the fried crust and through the sliced sausage before begrudgingly bringing a slice over, without offering any apologies. Overall, I was not impressed by the subpar food and poor service, and I do not plan on returning.
The entire breakfast looked like it had been reheating. I was left with overcooked Lorne sausage, overheated beans, one x fatty undercooked bacon Rasheed, one piece of cold toast and one nicely poached egg. The only item that I could eat that was fresh was the poached egg. The coffee machine for regular caffeinated cappuccino did not work so I had to go for decaff. The staff seemed stressed and understaffed but honestly I would have been better buying a sandwich and a cool juice instead. Total waste of money and no one will return if the quality of food is reheats ,dried out and served cold and inedible.

The till and serving staff were friendly and polite, but we were bothered by the People's Pest Poet predator who wouldn't leave us alone, trying to share his poetry and obtain my friend's mobile number. It would be beneficial for the staff to address this individual, as he has been a nuisance to female customers for many years according to local residents.
This morning I had some lovely chewy tatie scones with a hard boiled egg it was lovely cant forget the orange juice with bits.
Wonderful staff so lovely and helpful. So grateful too you found my coat which I foolishly left behind complete with wallet and car keys!! Thank you!
