The food was exceptional, hands down the greatest Chinese cuisine we've ever had.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. Ordering over the phone is a waste of time because they don't start cooking your meal until you arrive. This means that if you order for 6pm, you might not get your takeaway until 6:30. They falsely advertise a 5-minute wait for customers, but it ends up being closer to 20-30 minutes. The staff at the counter are unenthusiastic, unwelcoming, mumble, don't smile, and are impolite. The food is tasteless and the only payment option is cash. Overall, a disappointing and unenjoyable dining experience.

We recently dined at 'Jade Garden' for the first time and we were highly impressed. We ordered Chicken and Sweetcorn soup, King Prawns with mushrooms in black bean sauce, and Beef with ginger, spring onions, and black bean sauce. The food was absolutely delicious and was ready on time in just 20 minutes. It remained piping hot even after a 10-minute drive home. We are pleased to have found a great takeaway option nearby and will definitely be returning.

Always get tasty and well cooked food from here. Love the Singapore rice noodles. Mongolian beef too. Chicken spring rolls always a winner too! Wish there some some more traditional Chinese dim sum but still a firm favourite for an easy dinner.

Been a few times and will never be back again ..my son got chicken balls …food poison with there chicken ..it’s been out of date or not cooked through..my son is absolutely ill..called nhs24 cause am that worried about him…this is not acceptable…Chinese will be held accountable..please folks be aware of this takeaway
