Costa Coffee - Dumfries Galloway

The restaurant was very busy and the staff tried their best to keep up, but they definitely need more help to efficiently serve and clear tables.

This restaurant was awful. There were rowdy children running around unsupervised, making a lot of noise. The tables were dirty and hadn't been cleared. We walked in, saw the mess, and decided to leave. We ended up going to the Subway across the street, but it wasn't much better.

We ordered 2 extra hot cappuccinos, but they had no flavor at all. We returned them and received another 2, but they were still terrible, so we left them on the table.

Called in today and can’t Believe they didn’t have sweetners I did ask a member of staff who information me they are finding hard to get? Really I can buy them all day. I am diabetic and can’t have sugar. Awful without sweetners. Diabetics be aware of here.

Went into costas at gretna green gateway today , was early it had only been open an hour or so ..we asked for a toasted t-cake , and 2 lattes .. sorry no butter was the reply ... ! and the guywasnot bothered or seemed interested at all .... we took our lattes , the coffe was flavorless, warm milk with a minimal hint of coffee , wish we had come out and just come back to carlisle .. even tho we are at gretna a bit , we will def not be going back in here .....
