Papa Johns Pizza - Dumfries

I travel for my job and make it my JOB to try every pizza joint I can find; franchises, hole in the walls, pizza stands..this papa John’s here is by far the BEST I have ever been to. They are incredibly welcoming when walking through the door, to when you leave with your meal. the team always looks a well oiled machine worming together. I have never had such amazing service from a franchised establishment, let alone papa johns. The manager i feel is to praise in the regards. He takes time to get to know his customers, always has a smile and when conversing with his team, they give him great attitude. This is what I pick up from my 5-10 minute interaction, and it’s amazing. BEST. PAPA JOHNS. EVER!

I worked here don’t order from here, if you don’t tip they mess with your food. Most don’t wash hands to make your food and have terrible hygiene. Want worse? They don’t follow the codes for temperature regulated food, don’t clean the sinks they wash the dishes in, a leak in the ceiling drips water into the food but they do nothing. A manger who still works there told me he’ll spit in someone’s food if they gave him an attitude. 2 months working there is good for me. I’m good on the food poisoning.

Adrian is the nicest and has the best customer service I’ve ever encountered at a pizza place! His whole staff is friendly and it’s really nice to pick up my pizza and everyone is smiling.

I really like this location most of the time. ? Unfortunately, their cleanliness standards seem to creep lower and lower. Worse than that, is having spent $50+ dollars, then biting into my stuff cheese crust and finding a fingernail.?? Do better Triangle Papa John's.

I love it this pizza but , All the time I asking for blue cheese and they never put it in to my order !
