Slow service. Soda machine had no flavors. No ice cream. And person running register treated customers as if they were a burden and bother. The food is subpar. No matter how fresh it is, the taste is just okay. The only exception on the menu is the ice coffee. It's absolutely delicious. As for the service, they are really great. Very friendly and very fast service. The young woman is very sweet. I like to come here.
No chocolate shakes!! No salads! A Cheese Burger children's meal cut me. Get back there!
Well, I write this review while driving through the line after I have already given up my order. We're waiting for 20 minutes and we're not seeing anything yet. It used to be a decent Burger King, but now I think it's better for the rats who live in his dumpster. Last time we eat here
When they knew that the Soda machine didn't work and recap, they offered apple or orange juice when I ordered a medium drink, knew I was thirsty, and then the nerve had to give me this small child size apple juice, and when I asked for another, the window was thrown and the participant went away. Please fire all employees and set up another restaurant. Worst Burger King Experience to Today... On another trip: 10/26/2020 I asked for medium #7 and they accused me twice the whole order. No one confirmed my order that they asked me. I didn't even get an article. The attention to detail is here for employees and management.
Almost every time I order from here, it seems to be wrong. Even after switching to Online Ordering, thinking that it would be easier to understand, the error rate seems to continue to be high. I've complained numerous times, and the results still continue to be the same. Recently ordered a large combo meal, and received only the sandwich. After telling the clerk I ordered a combo and had only received the sandwich, they gave me only a drink that was half full at best. After reminding them that I had only received my sandwich, the side item was finally given. And when I got home, I discovered the sandwich was completely wrong.
