This station is excellent and impeccably clean, with great maintenance. It features a covered seating area that protects against the elements, like rain and snow, which is a significant advantage. In addition, there are other facilities available, including a small café, a telephone booth, restrooms, a ticket office, and ticket machines. Accessibility is straightforward, making it easy for individuals with mobility challenges. The information boards for train schedules and departures are clear and accurate, and travelers can also use the ScotRail app on their phones for additional convenience.
It's a nice train station, equipped with a waiting area and a roof overhead for when it rains. There’s also a small coffee shop that offers hot drinks as well as cakes, sweets, juices, and other items like snacks and tissues. My only tip is that if you order a flavored latte (like caramel or hazelnut), be sure to ask the barista for just a little syrup and no added sugar, as he tends to make them extremely sweet.
