Pizza Hut - Dumas

We had a mishap when our order fell out of my hands and hit the floor. We were relieved when the server went back inside and returned with our order. They didn't have to do that, but we really appreciated it!

We ordered two large pizzas, one hand-stuffed and one pan. Unfortunately, we did not receive the pan pizza we paid extra for. The hand-stuffed pizza had three toppings, including two meats and one vegetable, but we did not receive any meat on the pizza. We were also charged extra for cheese sticks that were supposed to be included in our order. The overall taste of the food was good and the service from the staff was friendly, but it was disappointing not to receive what we ordered and have to pay extra for missing items.

I ordered pasta for delivery and it was a disaster. I would not recommend getting pasta delivered from here.

The pizza was quite undercooked. they asked us to bring back the pizza and wouldn't give it back until they saw the undercooked pizza first. that is two travel back to the load and the 20 minutes waiting time for the new pizza made and cooked right. all at our expense. they called it the new manager policy. When I talked to the manager on the phone, he wasn't ready to do it right. besides getting back the pizza. while our other pizza became home cold. then he had the boldness to stop me. I get people trying to use the situation like this, but if they were in the wrong, they just had to say that 's all I can do. they did not take account of accountability. there was no excuse or credit. exactly what they should do for the first time. they even underboiled the newly made pizza and had to throw them back in the many. we will never use this place again.

We ordered from this location at 6:30 then by 3 1/2 hours go by and nothing we tried calling from multiple phones over and over again and they would just hang up on us or put us on hold but no one would answer we planned on tipping the driver but no one ever came or answered. We are loyal customers and love Pizza Hut but we won’t ever order from here again.
