Mcdonald's - Dumas

Food is bad, not cooked well or correctly, if they even have specific food items. The staff has really bad attitudes and if you ask any questions, they become even more condescending. This place just needs to shut down if they cannot do any better than this

Just ordered a peppermint mocha coffee and after a long wait I have a hot milk in a cup. No coffee taste no mint taste. It is foamy on top tho.

We were the only people in the store, ignored for like 10 minutes waiting for them to take our order...when they finally got to us took them at least 5-6 minutes to order two coffees and two pies, and as the girl was taking our order she pulled out her phone. Maybe it was an emergency, but girl just let us know what's going on! Waited for a total so we could pay but girl just stayed quiet staring at the register. After another minute or two finally had us pay. Also, in case u weren't sure, it took them forever to give us our food too. Some of them honestly just stood around chatting with each other. Really need to work on their guest experience and customer service with people who walk inside.

On Our way to Florida to start our vacation and stopped in McDonald's for a quick lunch. Placed our order for Big Mac, fish sandwich, 2 orders of fries, and 2 diet Coke's. We paid and walked over to the area to pick up our order and within seconds we're told here's your order. I looked in one bag and saw a bunch of fries and asked if this was our order twice and was told yes, my husband asked is this order #248 (not sure of the number now) and was told yes. We were not allowed to eat in the dining area so we took our food and left. When we opened the bag there was 3 hamburgers, a chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, double cheeseburger, a bunch of fries and 2 drinks that we have no idea of the kind but was not Diet Coke. Maybe we should have turned around and returned it but I personally would not eat something that was returned like that. I will never stop at McDonald's in Dumas again.

This is the worst and most horrible McDonald's I have visited in recent years. Extremely poor customer service and terrible food. The wait time is nearly 30 minutes per customer. No professionalism in management and that explains why the team customer service performance is so bad. I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone.
