What J F doesn't like about Max's Chicken Dumaguete:
The sauce in the chicken pancit canton tasted like it was rancid, the chicken was mostly organs instead of meat and what meat there was had a bunch of bone and gristle with it. A word of advice change the sauce immediately and remove the organs when cutting up the chicken View all feedback.
Excellent food and service.. my husband enjoyed our meal last 06/14/23.. the staff were very attentive and friendly..

The food was good. The service was excellent. Like the fried chicken. I recommend coming to Max if you live in Dumaguete.
The waitress taking the order seems like she doesn't like her job anymore. Lacks energy greeting the customer and also kind of rude taking the order.
